Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise preventing attendees from participating in the conference. To accommodate these situations, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Cancellations up to 15th June 2024:

75% refund of the registration fee.

2. Cancellations from 16th June 2024 to 15th July 2024:

50% cancellation fee.
50% refund of the registration fee (less service tax as per current government norms and bank processing charges at 3% if payment was made by card).

3. Cancellations after 15th July 2024:

No refunds will be issued.

4. Transfer of Registration

If an attendee is unable to attend, they may transfer their registration to another person by notifying the Winicon 2024 organizing committee in writing at least seven days before the conference start date. The new attendee must meet any applicable eligibility criteria.

5. Cancellation Process

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to drmanjuthambi@gmail.com. The date of the email or postal mail will be considered the date of the cancellation request.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

7. Force Majeure

In the event that Winicon 2024 is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), the conference organizers will provide information regarding refunds or rescheduling options as soon as possible.
